Hundreds of happy companies from around the world
Absolutely. Our team building is designed as a pleasant walk through Stockholm — no running, climbing or physically demanding obstacles. The route follows flat, paved surfaces and covers no more than 3–4 km spread over 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Each team sets its own pace and can stop or slow down at any time. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels — we regularly run events for participants aged 18 to 65. If anyone in your group has limited mobility, let us know in advance and we'll adapt the route.
Diverse teams are exactly what Treasure Hunt Stockholm was designed for. Every player brings something different — analytical thinking, creativity, local knowledge or sheer determination. The game combines logic ciphers, photo challenges, navigation and creative tasks, so every personality type can shine and contribute. Language barriers aren't an issue — we run the game in Swedish, English and German, and handle mixed-language groups with ease. Diverse groups often have an advantage: where the analyst gets stuck, the creative finds the way.
The minimum is 9 participants; there is no fixed maximum — we have run events for more than 300 people at once. The ideal playing team size is 4–6 people, so participants are divided into groups where everyone actively takes part. For larger events we deploy multiple Game Masters who stay in contact throughout, so rankings and results remain collective and comparable. Corporate event for 50, 100 or 200 people? Get in touch — we run large groups regularly and our logistics are battle-tested.
Treasure Hunt Stockholm takes place outdoors, but we're not afraid of the weather. Many teams tell us that a rainy hunt turned out to be the most adventurous of all — and the sense of pride after finishing the route in any weather is simply priceless. The event can also be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before it takes place.
The standard team building activity lasts 2 to 3 hours — including a 15-minute intro briefing, the game itself, and the closing results ceremony. The whole programme fits perfectly as part of a broader company day. If your schedule is tight, we can prepare a shorter version. A great combination is pairing the Treasure Hunt Stockholm with a group lunch or dinner at a restaurant, which we can incorporate into the game as the finale location for the winners ceremony.
Most popular format:
Yes. We offer full customisation and branding — materials featuring your company logo, activities referencing your company values, a corporate quiz, and a professional photographer (subject to availability). Customisation is a premium add-on available with a minimum of 3 weeks' notice. Mention your interest in the enquiry form and we'll discuss the details — no commitment required. See the full list on our add-ons page.
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially during the peak season from April to October when dates fill up fastest. For corporate events over 50 people, aim for 2–3 weeks ahead to allow time for any customisation and logistics. If you need something at short notice, contact us directly by phone — we do our best to accommodate urgent requests when we can.
It's surprisingly straightforward. No bureaucracy, no complicated forms.
Because you don't want to manage another project. You want an experience that simply works.
All prices are excl. VAT and depend on group size:
No hidden fees — everything is always included in the quote and we never add extras afterwards. Send us an enquiry with your group size and preferred date and within 24 hours you'll receive a specific price proposal for your team.
Because it's more than an activity. It's a story you step into.
Stockholm transforms from a backdrop into a playing field. Every alley, every statue, every corner of the old town stops being just "nice for a photo" and becomes part of a mystery you have to solve together.
Unlike conventional team building:
It's an activity where colleagues start communicating naturally, moments are created that people talk about long after the event, and the rivalry between teams builds a fun yet healthy atmosphere.
Simply put: you're not just spending time together. You're experiencing something together that truly connects you.
We meet at your hotel or an agreed spot in the centre. The story starts right there — no dry instructions, just an intro that pulls you straight into the action. You split into teams (ideally 5–8 people, pre-assigned or left to our Game Master) and each team receives a game map and booklet, the first clue and the rules. And then… go.
The game in Stockholm's streets. Teams spread out across the city. Each clue leads you to iconic and lesser-known hidden spots. At every checkpoint you solve riddles, spot details that most people never notice, and complete entertaining tasks. It's not just about speed — it's about strategy, teamwork and the ability to see things differently.
Competition and energy. Each team takes their own route; points are earned for correct answers, bonus tasks and creativity. Natural rivalry builds, laughter flows and small dramatic moments appear — exactly the ones you'll still be talking about.
The finale. At the end everyone gathers together — often at a restaurant or back at the hotel. The guide tallies the results and announces the winners, presenting diplomas and prizes (included in the event price). Then comes the moment you realise you weren't just colleagues anymore… you were a team.
Yes. We most often start at a square, but we can come to you — to the lobby, conference room or terrace — and the story begins before you've even stepped outside.
Here's how it works: a short, engaging intro to the storyline (no tedious briefings), splitting into teams and handing out materials (maps, clues). Then teams head straight out from the hotel into the streets.
Why this works so well:
We can even weave your company elements into the opening — an internal joke, a meeting theme or a specific event goal.
Simply put: you're not just leaving the hotel. You're stepping out of reality… straight into an adventure.
In the very heart of Stockholm. Treasure Hunt Stockholm most commonly takes place in the historic centre:
That means iconic landmarks… but also hidden corners that the average tourist never gets to see.
Stockholm isn't just a city — it's a labyrinth of stories. Every stop makes sense: history interweaves with riddles, architectural details become clues and the atmosphere naturally pulls you into the game.
Start. The most popular option is meeting in the heart of Stockholm — at one of the squares or points along our route, so teams can start playing right away. Starting at your hotel or office is equally fine. No need to decide right away — we'll confirm the exact meeting point during the booking process, ideally once you know where you'll be staying.
Finish. If you're planning a group lunch or dinner at a restaurant in the centre after the game, we're happy to arrange the finale there — awarding the winners at the restaurant is a popular and natural end to the day. Other options include finishing at your hotel, office or outdoors in a square or park. We have plenty of experience with every variation.
Treasure Hunt Stockholm runs in three languages: Swedish, English and German. Every Game Master is equipped to lead the game naturally and fluently — not just reading translated instructions, but actively engaging with players, answering questions and sustaining the energy throughout.
Mixed-language groups are no problem at all. If your team includes speakers of multiple languages, we run the game in parallel — game materials and the briefing are prepared in two language versions. International corporate events are our everyday practice: we regularly work with expats, overseas offices, delegations and mixed teams from across Europe.
For a group of 20, Treasure Hunt Stockholm is the ideal choice. Twenty people split neatly into four teams of five (or five teams of four) — each team operates as an independent unit with its own dynamic and strategy, while everyone competes within a shared framework and ends up with plenty to talk about.
Why Treasure Hunt Stockholm works brilliantly for 20 people:
We've been here since 2014. Over more than a decade we've run hundreds of events for corporate teams from across Europe and the world — and we still love every one. We've been chosen by managers at major international corporations and by leadership teams at family businesses, all looking for an experience that genuinely connects people. And they come back.
What sets us apart:
You're not just a name in our calendar. Every event is a challenge for us to create an experience your team won't forget.
Yes, we're fully flexible. Treasure Hunt Stockholm adapts to your programme — not the other way around. We run mornings, afternoons and evenings, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
How it works in practice:
Packed schedule — conference in the morning, lunch at noon, excursion in the afternoon? Slot us into whatever window you have and we'll fill it precisely. Game length is flexible: from 90 minutes to a full afternoon.
Want Treasure Hunt Stockholm to flow seamlessly after your kick-off, annual dinner or conference day? Give us the date, time, location and number of people — we'll take care of the rest so everything connects perfectly.
